“The U.S. is a key growth market due to its size. We are actively expanding and we entered Texas and Arizona in 2024,” says Marie-Ange Debon, CEO of Keolis Group. The company supports the transition to electric and hydrogen-powered transport, emphasizing infrastructure resilience amid climate challenges, and promoting safety and efficiency. “Keolis operates trains, light rail, buses, and coaches in the U.S., with Boston being a major hub of our activities,” Debon explains. “We have established a strong relationship with the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA), which recently ex tended our contract until 2027. Our work in the U.S. involves adapting to local needs while bringing expertise in rail and bus operations,” emphasizes Debon.
